Jen Zhu Scott is a leading expert and investor in artificial intelligence (AI) and deep tech, serving as the Founding Partner of IN Capital.

Her thought leadership is recognized globally. Jen was named one of Forbes' World's Top 50 Women in Tech in 2018 and co-chaired the Fortune Global Tech Forum in 2019. She has served on influential councils such as the World Economic Forum’s Data Policy Council and Blockchain Council, shaping global discussions on emerging technologies. Her TED Talk on data ownership has garnered over 3.3 million views, reflecting her commitment to ethical innovation.

Beyond her investment work, Jen has contributed to the development of SMART Health Cards as Executive Chairman of The Commons Project, a data standard adopted by Apple and Google. She also serves as a board member for Web3 infrastructure company Mysten Labs and advises various organizations on AI and digital policy.

Jen majored in applied mathematics at Sichuan University and holds an MBA in finance from Manchester Business School.
