A seasoned software investor, Kent is deeply passionate about partnering with founders on go-to-market strategies and international expansion. Over the years, he has built a strong global network spanning technology, finance and venture capital, earning himself positions on multiple public, private, and governmental boards.
Prior to Raptor, Kent was the founder and General Partner of S28 Capital and Harbor Pacific Capital, two premier early-stage venture funds specializing in enterprise software and infrastructure. With over 15 years of venture investing experience, he has evaluated thousands of opportunities across industries, stages, and geographies. His portfolio includes early bets on category-defining companies, such as: Zoom, Coupang, Palantir, and Noom.
Kent began his career at Goldman Sachs, working in Private Wealth Management in San Francisco. In recognition of his leadership and global impact, he was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2018.
Kent holds a B.A. from Duke University, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
