Steven Weller

Co-Founder

Steve brings over two decades of software expertise across business development, M&A, and operations. He is passionate about identifying growth opportunities, structuring complex transactions, and fostering long-term partnerships with both founders and customers. Over his career, he has evaluated and engaged with hundreds of software businesses worldwide.

Previously, Steve served as M&A Director at Volaris Group (a subsidiary of Constellation Software), where he played a key role in executing strategic acquisitions and expanding the company’s global portfolio. Over nearly seven years,  he successfully led and closed multiple high-value transactions and was instrumental in building his portfolio’s business development engine.

Beyond M&A, Steve worked closely with portfolio company CEOs, leading M&A training and inorganic growth strategy. He also served as an operational manager for two years within a Constellation-owned company, where he led integration efforts and implemented operational best practices.

Earlier in his career, Steve held various operational and consulting roles across multiple software businesses, where he built, scaled, and led go-to-market strategies and cross-functional teams.

Steve holds a BSc from Plymouth University.
