A specialist in software M&A, Yousif brings nearly a decade of investment banking experience advising founders and investors through some of the most consequential transactions of their careers. His deep understanding of buyer and seller dynamics - and what truly drives value in software businesses - makes him a trusted partner for founders navigating the next chapter of their companies.

Prior to Raptor, Yousif spent the majority of his career at DC Advisory, where he advised founders, private equity sponsors, and strategic acquirers across a wide range of transaction sizes, structures, and geographies. Earlier in his career, he held investment banking roles at Greenhill and Jefferies.

Having sat on the advisory side of dozens of transactions, Yousif understands what founders care about most: trust, continuity, and finding a partner who will protect what they have built. That conviction is at the heart of everything Raptor does.

Yousif holds a Distinction in MSc Finance from Warwick Business School and a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol.
